Occupations Code § 1803.152

Knowingly violating this chapter is an offense, and the offense is a Class A misdemeanor. A corporation or association can also be held criminally responsible for conduct by a person acting on its behalf if the conduct is an offense under the chapter and was done with its knowledge and approval.
