Business & Commerce Code § 2.708
For a buyer’s non-acceptance or repudiation, the seller’s damages are generally the market-price difference plus incidental damages, minus saved expenses; if that is not enough, damages are the seller’s lost profit plus incidental damages and related adjustments.
