A local innovation plan may not exempt a district of innovation from listed Education Code provisions. The commissioner must keep a list of those exempt provisions and notify the legislature about exemptions affecting districts enrolling most students in the state.
Sec. 12A.004. LIMITATION OF PERMISSIBLE EXEMPTIONS.
