Sec. 285.009. TAXES TO SECURE BONDS. In setting the tax rate, the commissioners court shall give consideration to the amount of money estimated to be received from revenues pledged under a revenue anticipation agreement that may be available for the payment of bond principal and interest as provided by the revenue anticipation agreement, making allowance for tax delinquencies and the cost of tax collection. (c) The sum of all annual ad valorem taxes imposed by the hospital district may not exceed 75 cents on $100 valuation of all taxable property in the district.
