Human Resources Code § 152.1901

Sec. 152.1901. PARKER COUNTY. (a) The juvenile board of Parker County is composed of the county judge, the statutory county court judges, and the district judges in Parker County. (b) The juvenile board shall elect one of its members as chairman. (c) The commissioners court shall pay the juvenile board members an annual salary of not less than $6,000, payable in equal monthly installments from the general fund or any other available fund of the county. (d) The juvenile board shall appoint not more than four volunteers to serve on a citizen's advisory council. The advisory council shall meet with the juvenile board at the board's regular quarterly meetings and shall keep the board informed of current community issues relating to juveniles.
