Estates Code § 358.152

An estate’s personal representative must file a written pooling or unitization application with the county clerk, include required property and lease details, attach the proposed agreement, and the clerk must promptly bring it to the judge’s attention. The agreement may not be recorded in the judge’s probate docket.
