Local Government Code § 212.211 — United States — Texas law | Esheria

Local Government Code § 212.211

Some municipalities may set a parkland dedication fee, but if they raise it above 2% of median family income, this section stops applying and Section 212.210 controls. If a calculation under the section is negative, the municipality must pay the landowner the difference at closing or easement recording.
