Health and Safety Code § 481.352

Sec. 481.352. MEMBERS. The work group is composed of: (1) the executive director of the board or the executive director's designee, who serves as chair of the work group; (2) the commissioner of state health services or the commissioner's designee; (3) the executive director of the Texas Medical Board or the executive director's designee; (4) the executive director of the Texas Board of Nursing or the executive director's designee; (5) the executive director of the Texas Physician Assistant Board or the executive director's designee; (6) the executive director of the State Board of Dental Examiners or the executive director's designee; (7) the executive director of the Texas Optometry Board or the executive director's designee; (8) the executive director of the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation or the executive director's designee; (9) the executive director of the State Board of Veterinary Medical Examiners or the executive director's designee; and (10) a medical examiner appointed by the board.
