Special District Local Laws Code § 1031.308
After district debts and assets are handled, the board must file a report with the Commissioners Court of Garza County. Then, within 10 days after receiving the report and finding the subchapter’s requirements met, the commissioners court must dissolve the district and release the board from further duty.
