Human Resources Code § 32.0462
The commission must use a nationally recognized, unbiased drug pricing standard when setting vendor drug reimbursement amounts and must update those amounts at least weekly. The executive commissioner must adopt implementing rules and ensure the section does not reduce federal funds for the state.
