Alcoholic Beverage Code § 32.01
A private club registration permit lets the club handle members’ alcoholic beverages on the premises and, for off-premises consumption, serve them only to members under Section 32.155. The permit holder or applicant may ask the commission to limit the permit to wine and malt beverages only.
