Insurance Code § 1702.051
Insurers, health maintenance organizations, and agents must keep certain product costs reasonable, provide contact information, use objective criteria, avoid unfair discrimination, keep and produce criteria on request, and cannot use tracking devices without prior disclosure and consent.
