Property Code § 62.005
If a notice must be sent to a broker under this chapter, the seller, lessor, buyer, or tenant must send it to the broker’s address on file with the Texas Real Estate Commission, and also to the broker’s last address given to them by certified mail if the broker’s license is expired.
