Natural Resources Code § 33.234

The acquiring agency must accept certain land interests, may acquire coastal wetland surface interests by purchase or condemnation, manage acquired land to protect coastal wetland integrity, and adopt necessary rules. The subchapter does not authorize condemnation of mineral-estate interests.
