Alcoholic Beverage Code § 23.05
A local distributor’s permit holder may not sell distilled spirits in containers under one fluid ounce to mixed beverage or private club permit holders, but may sell certain alcoholic beverages to mixed beverage permit holders in containers of one to two ounces or other containers authorized by the code.
