Business Organizations Code § 9.006

Sec. 9.006. SUPPLEMENTAL INFORMATION REQUIRED IN APPLICATION FOR REGISTRATION OF FOREIGN NONPROFIT CORPORATION. In addition to the information required by Section 9.004, a foreign nonprofit corporation's application for registration must state: (1) the names and addresses of the nonprofit corporation's directors and officers; (2) whether or not the nonprofit corporation has members; and (3) any additional information as necessary or appropriate to enable the secretary of state to determine whether the nonprofit corporation is entitled to register to conduct affairs in this state.
