Sec. 411.0141. MULTIUSE TRAINING AND OPERATIONS CENTER FACILITY. The governing body of a county, municipality, or navigation district, on behalf of the county, municipality, or navigation district, may donate real property to the department for the facility. The donation may be in fee simple or otherwise. (c) The department shall, with the assistance of the Texas Facilities Commission, design the training and operations center facility. (d) On completion of the construction of the training and operations center facility, the Texas Facilities Commission shall transfer ownership of the facility, including the real property and buildings, to the department. (e) The department shall manage the training and operations center facility and may adopt rules necessary to implement this section. The department shall make the facility available for use by the department, the Texas military forces, county and municipal law enforcement agencies, and any other military or law enforcement agency, including agencies of the federal government.
