Government Code § 403.708

Sec. 403.708. BIENNIAL REPORT. Not later than December 31 of each even-numbered year, the comptroller shall publish on the comptroller's Internet website and submit to the legislature a report that includes: (1) the amount of bitcoin and other cryptocurrency held in the reserve on the last day of the preceding state fiscal biennium; (2) an estimate of the monetary value of the bitcoin and other cryptocurrency held in the reserve on the last day of the preceding state fiscal biennium; (3) the changes, if any, in the amount and estimated monetary value of bitcoin and other cryptocurrency in the reserve during the period the cryptocurrency has been held in the reserve, disaggregated by cryptocurrency type; and (4) a description of the actions taken by the comptroller to administer and manage the reserve during the preceding state fiscal biennium.
