Transportation Code § 255.004
A person aggrieved by an order under Section 255.003 may ask for a hearing, but the request must be made within 10 days after notice of the obstruction. The commissioners court must hold the hearing within 10 days after it receives the request and then issue appropriate orders about the obstruction.
