Government Code § 540A.0156
A motor vehicle operator providing service under this subchapter may use a wheelchair-accessible vehicle with a lift or ramp that can carry a passenger using a fixed-frame wheelchair, if the vehicle otherwise meets Section 2402.111 requirements.
