Labor Code § 21.553

Sec. 21.553. COOPERATION WITH COMPTROLLER AND UNIFORM STATEWIDE ACCOUNTING SYSTEM; REPORT. (a) The commission shall compile the information reported to the commission under this subchapter with the assistance of the comptroller and the uniform statewide accounting system. (b) The commission shall conduct an analysis of the information reported to the commission under this subchapter and report the results of that analysis to the legislature, the Legislative Budget Board, and the governor not later than January 1 of each odd-numbered year.
