About this statute
After authorization under Section 1431.015, the issuer must send the attorney general a transcript of the issuance proceedings and satisfy preliminary approval and other issuance requirements. If an emergency affects the issuer, the attorney general must review and approve delivery of the anticipation note or other obligation expeditiously, if the issuer has complied with preliminary approval requirements.
