Government Code § 815.501

Sec. 815.501. STATEMENT OF AMOUNT IN INDIVIDUAL ACCOUNTS. (a) No later than December 1 of each year, the retirement system shall furnish to each member a statement of the amount credited to the member's individual account as of August 31 of the preceding fiscal year. (b) In addition to the statement required by Subsection (a), the retirement system shall furnish to a member, on written request, a statement of the amount credited to the member's individual account. The board is not required to furnish more than four of these statements to each member in a fiscal year. Acts 1981, 67th Leg., p. 1876, ch. 453, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1981.
