Government Code § 845.309

Sec. 845.309. INCOME FUND. (a) The income fund shall account for the determination and allocation of net investment income or loss. (b) Net investment income or loss will be determined annually as of December 31. (c) Net investment income or loss will be allocated each year in accordance with Section 845.315.
