Business Organizations Code § 5.055
A limited partnership name must include “limited,” “limited partnership,” or an abbreviation. A limited liability limited partnership name must also include “limited liability partnership” or an abbreviation, or use “limited liability limited partnership” (or an abbreviation) to satisfy both requirements.
