Alcoholic Beverage Code § 109.01
A person without an alcohol sales permit or license may sell alcoholic beverages in one lot or parcel if the person acquired them as an insurer or insurance salvor in salvage or liquidation of an insured loss or damage by a qualified licensee or permittee.
