Insurance Code § 3502.051
An insurer generally cannot get or keep authority to write mortgage guaranty insurance in Texas if it writes other kinds of insurance, and a mortgage guaranty insurer writing certain classes cannot get or keep authority for other specified mortgage guaranty classes.
