Parks and Wildlife Code § 43.365

A deer breeder or another person may not hunt, kill, sell, buy, transfer, receive, or try to handle a live breeder deer in ways barred by this subchapter or commission rules, and a deer breeder must provide certain records when asked by authorized department staff.
