Natural Resources Code § 113.088

Sec. 113.088. EXAMINATION; SEMINAR FEES. (a) The commission shall establish reasonable examination, course of instruction, and seminar registration fees. (b) Before seminar attendance or examination of any person, except as provided by Subsection (c), the commission shall receive a nonrefundable fee for each examination or seminar registration. (c) The commission may exempt voluntary firemen, or public employees of the State of Texas, federal government, or state or federal subdivisions from the examination fee, the examination renewal fee, and seminar fees.
