Local Government Code § 281.027

Sec. 281.027. OFFICE AND MEETING PLACE. (a) The board shall designate, establish, and maintain an office and meeting place within the authority. The board may also establish a meeting place outside the authority. (b) If the board establishes a meeting place outside the authority or changes the location of a meeting place established outside the authority, it shall file with the county clerk a copy of the order establishing or relocating the meeting place and shall publish the location in a newspaper of general circulation in the county in which the authority is located.
