Civil Practice and Remedies Code § 172.059
Parties may agree on how to challenge an arbitrator. If they do not, the challenging party must send a written statement to the arbitration tribunal within 15 days after learning the relevant facts, and the tribunal must decide the challenge unless the challenged arbitrator withdraws or the other party agrees.
