Occupations Code § 51.354

Sec. 51.354. RIGHT TO HEARING; ADMINISTRATIVE PROCEDURE. (a) A respondent is entitled to a hearing conducted by the State Office of Administrative Hearings if the executive director proposes to deny, suspend, or revoke a license. (b) A proceeding under this chapter to deny, suspend, or revoke a license is considered to be a contested case under Chapter 2001, Government Code.
