Education Code § 74.001

Sec. 74.001. COMPOSITION. The University of Texas Medical Branch at Galveston is composed of the following component institutions under the control and management of the Board of Regents of The University of Texas System: (1) The University of Texas Medical School at Galveston, including: (A) the Graduate School; (B) the School of Allied Health Sciences; and (C) the Marine Biomedical Institute; (2) The University of Texas Hospitals at Galveston, including: (A) John Sealy Hospital; (B) Children's Hospital; (C) Marvin L. Graves Hospital; (D) Randall Pavilion; (E) Moody State School for Cerebral Palsied Children; (F) R. Waverly Smith Pavilion; (G) Jennie Sealy Hospital; (H) John W. McCullough Outpatient Clinic; (I) Rebecca Sealy Outpatient Facility; and (J) Rosa and Henry Ziegler Hospital; and (3) other institutions that may be assigned to it from time to time.
