Insurance Code § 843.301
This provision says the listed chapter and sections do not authorize people to practice medicine or a healing art unless they are a licensed physician or practitioner of the healing arts acting within the scope of the license, and do not authorize anyone to regulate, interfere with, or intervene in that practice.
