Natural Resources Code § 113.082

Sec. 113.082. CATEGORIES OF LP-GAS ACTIVITIES; FEES. (a) The commission by rule shall establish license categories for LP-gas activities. (b) The commission by rule shall establish reasonable application and original license fees and renewal fees for each type of license category established under Subsection (a).
