Information the commissioner obtains under this chapter must be kept confidential, subject to Section 7-1-802.
Section 7-25-402(1)
Subsection (1) does not prohibit the commissioner from releasing to the public a list of persons licensed under this chapter or from releasing aggregated financial data on the licensees.
