VISTOS: VISTO: las actuaciones por las cuales el Comando General de la Armada solicita el cambio de categoría del Reglamento de Uniformes para Oficiales de la Armada.- RESULTANDO: I) que el mencionado Reglamento fue aprobado por el artículo 1ro. del Decreto 618/991 de fecha 21 de noviembre de 1991.- II) que fue modificado por los siguientes Decretos 258/994 de 7 de junio de 1994, 66/995 de 14 de febrero de 1995, 224/996 de 13 de junio de 1996, 23/997 de 4 de febrero de 1997, 64/997 de 4 de marzo de 1997 y 94/998 de 21 de abril de 1998.- CONSIDERANDO: la conveniencia de establecer que el Reglamento que nos ocupa pase a ser interno en virtud de su contenido y necesidad de adaptación permanente.- ATENTO: a lo precedentemente expuesto, a lo informado por el Comando General de la Armada y a lo dictaminado por la Asesoría Letrada del Ministerio de Defensa Nacional.- EL PRESIDENTE DE LA REPUBLICA, DECRETA: FIRMANTES: BATLLE - LUIS BREZZO Artículo 1 Establécese que el Reglamento de Uniformes para Oficiales de la Armada, aprobado por el artículo 1ro. del Decreto 618/991 de 21 de noviembre de 1991, en la redacción modificativa dada por los Decretos 258/994 de 7 de junio de 1994, 66/995 de 14 de febrero de 1995, 224/996 de 13 de junio de 1996, 23/997 de 4 de febrero de 1997, 64/997 de 4 de marzo de 1997 y 94/998 de 21 de abril de 1998, pasa a ser reglamento interno del Comando General de la Armada.- Artículo 2 Comuníquese, publíquese y pase al Comando General de la Armada para su conocimiento y demás efectos.
