VISTOS: Visto: la gestión promovida por la Licenciada Sonia González de Ayala; Resultando: I) que el objeto de la misma es la creación de una Escuela Privada de Auxiliares de Enfermería en la Ciudad de Las Piedras, Departamento de Canelones; II) que dicho proyecto favorecerá la capacitación de jóvenes que cubrirán la necesidad de persnal de Enfermería y Servicio de la zona; Considerando: I) que la Dirección de la Escuela de Sanidad "Dr. José Scosería" no formula objeciones a lo solicitado; II) que la Dirección General de la Salud y la División Asistencia Médica Colectiva y Privada informan favorablemente al respecto; Atento: a lo establecido en el Decreto No. 444/985 de 20 de agosto de 1985; El Presidente de la República RESUELVE: FIRMANTES: LACALLE HERRERA - GUILLERMO GARCIA COSTA 1 Autorízase la creación de una Escuela Privada de Auxiliares de Enfermería, con el nombre "SIGLO XXI" S.R.L., sita en la calle Luis Alberto de Herrera Nº 567 de la Ciudad de Las Piedras, Departamento de Canelones, bajo la Dirección Técnica de la Licenciada Sonia González de Ayala. 2 Establécese que previo a la puesta en funcionamiento de la citada Escuela, deberá recabarse la correspondiente habilitación ante el Ministerio de Salud Pública. 3 Comuníquese.
