VISTOS: VISTO: La necesidad de disponer medidas tendientes a agilitar el movimiento comercial en las instalaciones portuarias de Nueva Palmira; RESULTANDO: I) Que a tales efectos se encuentra previsto la realización de una serie de obras en el predio comprendido en el triángulo ubicado al este de la concesión de Corporación Navíos en el puerto de Nueva Palmira, limitado por las calles Eguren y Solís. II) Que de acuerdo a lo previsto en el art. 20 de la ley NO. 16.246 y Decreto No. 555/992 de 16 de noviembre de 1992, la administración, conservación y desarrollo del puerto de Nueva Palmira le fue encomendada a la Administración Nacional de Puertos; III) Que según acta de 11 de noviembre de 1993, el Ministerio de Transporte y Obras transfirió a la Administración Nacional de Puertos la administración, conservación y desarrollo del puerto de Nueva Palmira señalando expresamente la "zona de delimitación del recinto portuario de Nueva Palmira"; dentro de cuyo deslinde no se encuentra el predio en el que se proyectan las obras antes referidas; CONSIDERANDO: Que corresponde asignar el área en cuestión a la gestión de la Administración Nacional de Puertos, como forma de viabilizar la concreción de los trabajos que posibiliten un movimiento comercial eficaz y eficiente; ATENTO: A lo expresado y a lo dispuesto por la ley No. 16246, D. 412/992 y D. 555/992 EL PRESIDENTE DE LA REPUBLICA RESUELVE: FIRMANTES: TABARE VAZQUEZ - VICTOR ROSSI - ANDRES MASOLLER 1 Incorporar al área de gestión de la Administración Nacional de Puertos en el puerto de Nueva Palmira, para el ejercicio de las funciones de administración, conservación y desarrollo que le fueran encomendadas por el artículo 1° del Decreto 555/992, el triángulo ubicado al este de la concesión de Corporación Navíos en el referido puerto, limitado por las calles Eguren y Solís. 2 Comuníquese y vuelva al Ministerio de Transporte y Obras Públicas a efectos de su remisión a la Administración Nacional de Puertos.
