Atento: a lo expresado, El Presidente de la República, actuando en Consejo de Ministros DECRETA: FIRMANTES: SANGUINETTI - ANTONIO MARCHESANO - ENRIQUE IGLESIAS - LUIS MOSCA - JUAN VICENTE CHIARINO - ADELA RETA - JORGE SANGUINETTI - JORGE PRESNO HARAN - HUGO FERNANDEZ FAINGOLD - RAUL UGARTE ARTOLA - PEDRO BONINO GARMENDIA - ALFREDO SILVERA LIMA Artículo 1 El Programa 011 "Planificación, Fomento y Contralor del Turismo" y la Unidad Ejecutora 007 "Dirección Nacional de Turismo" del inciso 08 Ministerio de Industria y Energía, con los subprogramas correspondientes, así como sus respectivos servicios, dependencias, funcionarios, asignaciones presupuestales y bienes, pasarán al Ministerio de Turismo. Artículo 2 Los asuntos en trámite a la fecha del decreto 189/986, de 2 de abril de 1986, concernientes a la materia que fue redistribuída por dicho decreto, del Ministerio de Industria y Energía al Ministerio de Turismo, pasarán a este Ministerio para su conclusión.
