EL PRESIDENTE DE LA REPÚBLICA actuando en Consejo de Ministros RESUELVE FIRMANTES: JOSÉ MUJICA - EDUARDO BONOMI - LUIS ALMAGRO - FERNANDO LORENZO - ELEUTERIO FERNÁNDEZ HUIDOBRO - RICARDO EHRLICH - ENRIQUE PINTADO - ROBERTO KREIMERMAN - EDUARDO BRENTA - JORGE VENEGAS - TABARÉ AGUERRE - HÉCTOR LESCANO - GRACIELA MUSLERA - DANIEL OLESKER 1 Deléganse en el Ministro de Turismo y Deporte o quien haga sus veces, las atribuciones del Poder Ejecutivo concerniente a la autorización para realizar las contrataciones temporales realizadas en el marco de los programas de natación, recreación y tiempo libre. [Nota: Ver en esta norma, numeral: 2.] 2 Sin perjuicio de lo dispuesto en el numeral anterior, el Poder Ejecutivo podrá avocar las atribuciones delegadas, como asimismo el Ministerio de Turismo y Deporte someterlas a consideración de ese Poder. 3 La delegación no obsta a lo dispuesto en los artículos 160 y 165 de la Constitución de la República. 4 El Ministro de Turismo y Deporte enviará mensualmente a la Secretaría de la Presidencia de la República, copia de las resoluciones que se dicten en ejercicio de las atribuciones delegadas 5 Las atribuciones delegadas no pueden a su vez ser objeto de delegación. 6 Comuníquese, publíquese, etc.
