Artículo 2 Los nuevos recursos se destinarán a los programas presupuestales y se establecerán en forma explícita en la modificación presupuestal actualmente a estudio de la Intendencia Municipal de Río Negro y de las que ha sido desglosada la disposición del artículo 1º de este decreto. Artículo 3 Establécese que para el cálculo de la Patente de Rodados del año 1978, la Intendencia Municipal de Río Negro aplicará la tabla de valores del Banco de Seguros del Estado vigente al 31 de diciembre de 1977.
