VISTOS: VISTO: lo dispuesto por los artículos 43 y 44 de la Ley N° 18.362 del 6 de octubre de 2008 y los Decretos Reglamentarios N° 371/010 de 14 de diciembre de 2010 y N° 194/014 de 11 de julio de 2014, respectivamente; RESULTANDO: I) que por el artículo 43 de la Ley N° 18.362 se dejó establecido que hasta un 10% (diez por ciento) del monto total de las contrataciones y adquisiciones de bienes, servicios y obras públicas, realizadas en el ejercicio anterior por los organismos mencionados en el artículo 2 del Texto Ordenado de Contabilidad y Administración Financiera del Estado, serán realizadas según los términos indicados en el Programa de Contratación Pública para el Desarrollo; II) que el artículo 44 de la referida ley establece la facultad del Poder Ejecutivo de definir la participación de cada subprograma reglamentado en el monto total del programa; III) que los artículos 3° del Decreto N° 371/010 y 9° del Decreto N° 194/014 otorgan la potestad al Poder Ejecutivo de fijar los montos para la aplicación del Subprograma de Compras Públicas para el Desarrollo de las Micro, Pequeñas y Medianas Empresas y Subprograma de Compras Públicas para el Desarrollo de la Industria Farmacéutica respectivamente; CONSIDERANDO: que el Poder Ejecutivo en ejercicio de las facultades consagradas por las normas citadas, estima oportuno la determinación de dichos montos; ATENTO: a lo precedentemente expuesto; EL PRESIDENTE DE LA REPÚBLICA DECRETA: FIRMANTES: TABARÉ VÁZQUEZ - DANILO ASTORI - GUILLERMO MONCECCHI Artículo 1 Fíjanse los montos máximos por entidad para la aplicación del Programa de Contratación Pública para el Desarrollo, para el ejercicio 2018, según lo dispuesto por el Anexo que se adjunta (*) y forma parte de la presente Resolución. [Nota: Ver: Texto/imagen.] Artículo 2 Las entidades podrán aplicar los subprogramas vigentes o que se creen en el marco del Programa de Contratación Pública para el Desarrollo dentro de los límites fijados para el mismo.
