III) Con fecha 7 de febrero de 2013, la Dirección de Educación, en consonancia con lo expresado por el CCETP en el dictamen antes mencionado sugiere el reconocimiento del título intermedio de "Analista Contable", de la carrera Contador Público de la Universidad ORT, como de nivel terciario no universitario. CONSIDERANDO: Se ha cumplido con todos los requisitos dispuestos por la normativa vigente para acceder a lo solicitado. ATENTO: A lo precedentemente expuesto, a lo dispuesto por el Decreto-Ley N° 15.661 de fecha 23 de octubre de 1984, por el Decreto 308/995 del 11 de agosto de 1995 y sus modificativos, y a la Resolución del Consejo de Ministros N° 813 del 2 de setiembre de 1997, EL MINISTRO DE EDUCACIÓN Y CULTURA en ejercicio de atribuciones delegadas RESUELVE: FIRMANTES: RICARDO EHRLICH 1 RECONÓCESE de nivel terciario no universitario el título intermedio de "Analista Contable", de la carrera Contador Público (Plan 2009) de la Universidad ORT. 2 NOTÍFIQUESE a la Universidad ORT. 3 COMUNÍQUESE al Área de Educación Superior de la Dirección de Educación, a la Asesoría Letrada, y al Consejo Consultivo de Enseñanza Terciaria Privada.
