VISTOS: VISTO: lo establecido por el Decreto N° 93/020 de 13 de marzo de 2020, Decreto N° 109/020 de 25 de marzo de 2020, y Decreto N° 132/020 de 24 de abril de 2020; RESULTANDO: I) que por el Decreto N° 93/020 de 13 de marzo de 2020 se adoptaron medidas con el fin de mitigar y prevenir las consecuencias de la propagación del virus COVID-19; II) que por el Decreto N° 109/020 de 25 de marzo de 2020, se determinó que las personas de 65 años o más comprendidas en el ámbito subjetivo de aplicación del subsidio por enfermedad establecido por el Decreto-Ley N° 14.407 de 22 de julio de 1975, modificativas y concordantes, podrán permanecer en aislamiento por el plazo máximo de 30 días, según determinen y comuniquen las empresas al Banco de Previsión Social; III) que por el artículo 1° del Decreto N° 132/020 de 24 de abril de 2020, se modificó lo establecido en el Decreto N° 109 de 25 de marzo de 2020, estableciendo que podrán permanecer en aislamiento por el plazo máximo hasta el 31 de mayo de 2020 las personas comprendidas en el ámbito subjetivo de aplicación del Decreto Ley N° 14.407 de 22 de julio de 1975; CONSIDERANDO: que permanece vigente la emergencia nacional sanitaria declarada por el Poder Ejecutivo a causa de la pandemia originada por el virus COVID-19 y en consecuencia se mantiene el riesgo para las personas de 65 años o más, de desarrollar complicaciones severas; ATENTO: a lo precedentemente expuesto y a lo dispuesto por el artículo 44 de la Constitución de la República y Ley N° 9.202 de 12 de enero de 1934; EL PRESIDENTE DE LA REPÚBLICA DECRETA: FIRMANTES: LACALLE POU LUIS - PABLO MIERES - AZUCENA ARBELECHE - DANIEL SALINAS Artículo 1 (*) [Nota: Este artículo dio nueva redacción a: Decreto Nº 109/020 de 25/03/2020 artículo 1.] Artículo 2 Comuníquese, publíquese, etc.-
