Considerando: I) Que el gravamen indicado precedentemente afecta seriamente los costos operativos de las empresas que operan en los tráficos de Salto-Concordia, Bella Unión-Monte Caseros y Constitución-Federación; II) Que la República Argentina aplica dicho gravamen exclusivamente los días sábados, domingos y feriados; III) Que de acuerdo al artículo 20 del Convenio de Transporte por Agua con la República Argentina deben existir condiciones de reciprocidad entre ambos países, El Presidente de la República, RESUELVE: FIRMANTES: SANGUINETTI - JORGE SANGUINETTI - RAUL LAGO - RICARDO ZERBINO CAVAJANI 1 Aplicar para los tráficos Salto-Concordia, Bella Unión-Monte Caseros y Constitución-Federación el arancel fijado por el decreto 548/986 exclusivamente los días sábados, domingos y feriados. 2 Comuníquese, publíquese, etc.-
