Atento: al informe favorable del Asesor Letrado del Ministerio de Defensa Nacional, El Presidente de la República DECRETA: FIRMANTES: MENDEZ - WALTER RAVENNA - ADOLFO FOLLE MARTINEZ Artículo 1 Autorízase a la Dirección General de Aviación Civil a firmar en nombre del Gobierno de la República Oriental del Uruguay, el nuevo Acuerdo Bilateral de Transporte Aéreo Comercial con el Gobierno del Reino de los Países Bajos, rubricado en la ciudad de Montevideo el día 30 de enero de 1979 y que sustituirá al firmado también en Montevideo el 12 de mayo de 1947 (Artículo XXI inciso 2º). Artículo 2 Comuníquese, publíquese y pase al Comando General de la Fuerza Aérea a sus efectos.
