VISTOS: VISTO: las actuaciones por las cuales el Comando General de la Armada solicita la aprobación del Reglamento de Servicio a Bordo.- RESULTANDO: I) que el Reglamento vigente fue aprobado por Decreto de fecha 27 de febrero de 1923, sustitutivo del Manual Interno de la Armada para reglamentar el servicio de las Cañoneras, del año 1894.- CONSIDERANDO: I) la necesidad de adaptar el marco normativo a la evolución y progreso que ha experimentado la Armada Nacional, modificándose la terminología utilizada respetándose el espíritu original.- II) la pertinencia de adecuar el Reglamento a los tiempos que transcurren, conformando un ordenamiento y puesta al día que recoge disposiciones del servicio interno de las Unidades Flotantes.- ATENTO: a lo precedentemente expuesto, a lo informado por el Comando General de la Armada y a lo dictaminado por las Asesorías Letradas de la Fuerza mencionada y del Ministerio de Defensa Nacional.- EL PRESIDENTE DE LA REPUBLICA DECRETA: FIRMANTES: BATLLE - YAMANDU FAU Artículo 1 Apruébase el Reglamento de Servicio a Bordo conforme al Anexo adjunto, el cual se considera parte integrante del presente Decreto. (*) [Nota: Ver: Texto.] Artículo 2 Derógase el Reglamento de Servicio a Bordo aprobado por Decreto de fecha 27 de febrero de 1923.
