ATENTO: a lo precedentemente expuesto, a lo informado por el Comando General de la Fuerza Aérea - Dirección Nacional de Aviación Civil e Infraestructura Aeronáutica, por la Junta Nacional de Aeronáutica Civil y por la Dirección de Seguridad Operacional (Departamento de Aeronavegabilidad), por la Dirección de Transporte Aéreo Comercial y por el Departamento Jurídico-Notarial del Ministerio de Defensa Nacional y a lo preceptuado por el artículo 37 del Decreto 325/974 de 26 de abril de 1974, por los Decretos 39/977 de 25 de enero de 1977 y 267/006 de 9 de agosto de 2006 y por el artículo 106 del Código Aeronáutico.
