VISTOS: VISTO: la solicitud de la empresa Gasoducto Cruz del Sur S.A., tendiente a aprobar los cuadros tarifarios para transporte firme e interrumpible de gas, por el período 1º de julio-31 de diciembre de 2003; RESULTANDO: que conforme a lo establecido en el Anexo "C 3" del contrato de concesión celebrado el día 22 de marzo de 1999 entre el Estado y la empresa, dichos ajustes son determinados en base a la variación ocurrida en el valor del Öndice de Precios del Productor (IPP) publicado periódicamente por la Oficina de Estadísticas del Trabajo de los Estados Unidos de América; CONSIDERANDO: que la Unidad Reguladora de Servicios de Energía y Agua (URSEA) creada por Ley 17.598 de 13 de diciembre de 2002 y la Dirección Nacional de Energía, no han opuesto reparos a la modificación tarifaria propuesta; ATENTO: a lo expuesto, y lo establecido por el artículo 51 de la Constitución de la República; EL PRESIDENTE DE LA REPUBLICA DECRETA: FIRMANTES: Artículo 1 Apruébanse los cuadros tarifarios a regir por el período 1º de julio-31 de diciembre de 2003 por los servicios suministrados por la empresa Gasoducto Cruz del Sur S.A. para transporte firme e interrumpible de gas, los cuales forman parte del presente decreto.
